In looking for alaska by John Green, Miles "Pudge" Halter moves away from home to Culver Creek Boarding School. While there he faces many challenges and has to make hard decisions. At his old school he was never the popular guy and didn't have many friends, but at Culver Creek he makes many friends but they do some pretty crazy stuff. His friends Chip, Alaska, Lara and Takumi are all people who love to party, so Pudge tries to get into that.
In the middle of the book, on thing leads to another and something terrible happens to Alaska Young. Pudge and Chip think that they are partially responsible for it, and they form their own investigation party to figure out what actually had happend.
In a book about, life, love, and everyday lessons it is a wonderful book and a must read!
